Become a G2nd® Approved Facilitator

Become an Approved Facilitator! G2nd Systems is currently looking for dynamic, confident training and development professionals to join our network of G2nd Approved Providers.

G2nd Approved Facilitators are a vital part of our Approved Provider network

Our Approved Providers include a wide range of professionals and organizations that support delivery and implementation of G2nd Programs and Services. Approved Facilitators are highly qualified professionals who are certified to deliver our courses and implement our processes.
G2nd Approved Facilitators are outstanding educators and coaches. They have inspired and developed groups and individuals in organizations worldwide. As instructors, they receive “excellent” ratings and are recognized for being energetic and focused with a passion to facilitate a learning experience that participants can apply both organizationally and personally.
Successful candidates will have significant experience (coaching and/or group facilitation) in direct or virtual interaction, and academic qualifications in at least one of the following general areas:

• Cross-cultural Communication and Intercultural Training

• Business Communication Development in verbal and written skills for both native and non-native speakers of English

• Leadership and people development, including change management, global leadership, management, supervision and/or sales

• Business Process Improvement, including Quality Systems or Strategic Planning and Implementation

Examples of desirable qualifications:

• Strong facilitation skills in both face-to-face and virtual training environments

• Significant experience providing training in organizations (large and small)

• A passion for promoting personal and team development in alignment with client organization Vision and goals

• A global mindset, able to interact with multiple cultures at the same time

• Organized, flexible, self-directed with strong team communication skills

• Ability to apply learning to learners’ day-to-day work tasks

• Membership and participation in appropriate professional associations such as ASTD, SHRM, TESOL, ISPI, ERC, SIETAR*

• Approved providers respect the Values and Commitments of G2nd Systems
