• Identifying an appropriate curriculum and plan of action to address the specific areas of improvement that have been identified as relevant for the position

• Deploying an integrated approach that utilizes a balanced set of tools, leveraging the impact of in-person coaching and the flexibility of virtual training, in order to optimize the learning process

• Improving the assimilation and retention process by utilizing a timed repetition and triple-loop learning approach
