The methodology developed by G2nd Systems deploys a six-sigma based approach as outlined here below:
Assessing (measuring) the various aspects of communication, and benchmarking a job’s requirements (when applicable), to determine the appropriate proficiency targets

Identifying an appropriate curriculum and plan of action to address the specific areas of improvement that have been identified as relevant for the position

Deploying an integrated approach that utilizes a balanced set of tools, leveraging the impact of in-person coaching and the flexibility of virtual training, in order to optimize the learning process

Improving the assimilation and retention process by utilizing a timed repetition and triple-loop learning approach

Objectively measuring the improvements achieved and monitoring the process effectiveness, thus also developing an invaluable database of information for individual and organizational assessments
This process provides the management with relevant information to make more informed decisions about validating English proficiency and/or improving a test-taker’s communication skills. Companies and decision makers can make better decisions in hiring, placement, performance management, and promotion by utilizing the measurements on candidates’ or current employees’ proficiency and improvement in all four English-language skills.
